================================================================================ AUTHORIZE.NET PAYMENT — Overview voiceover script (English) ================================================================================ Use this as narration for a walkthrough video. Title on screen / intro slide: Authorize.Net payment -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OPENING (about 20 seconds) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Welcome to Authorize.Net payment — our secure flow for recording card payments against Westrock post-payment orders. You will see two main screens: the payment form, and the confirmation page after a successful charge. Card processing goes through Authorize.Net; raw card numbers are not stored or passed through our application in plain form. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PART 1 — THE PAYMENT PAGE (Record payment) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the Record payment screen. At the top you see Secure checkout and a short explanation: you can reach this flow from Post Payments, Pay, or you can find an order by entering a Record ID and/or an Invoice number. After you pause typing, the order loads automatically from the post payment orders API. Three points to remember: the balance comes from the API, the page is ready for Authorize.Net, and card data is handled in an encrypted, tokenized way. If no order is loaded yet, use Find order: enter Record ID, Invoice number, or both. The lookup runs automatically shortly after you stop typing. You can use Record ID only, invoice only, or both together. When the order loads, review the order details — for example client name, job order number, purchaser name, email, subject property address, and the payment amount. The amount is tied to the outstanding balance from the API and cannot exceed that balance. Next, enter payment details in the Credit card section. The card number is tokenized by Authorize.Net — it does not pass through this server in clear text. Fill in name on card, card number, security code, and expiration date. Then complete the billing address and any optional notes. When everything looks correct, submit the payment. Validation errors appear on the same page if something is missing or invalid. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PART 2 — AFTER PAYMENT (Thank-you / confirmation) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After a successful charge, you see Payment successful. The page confirms that the card was charged securely through Authorize.Net. When available, you will see a transaction ID and other receipt details — for example client, invoice number, Record ID, amount paid in U.S. dollars, date and time, transaction ID, and authorization code. There is a short note about accounting sync: the application sends this payment to the Westrock savePostedPayment API so your books can update. If something fails on that API side, the card charge may still stand — in that case check logs or support if amounts do not match expectations. The page can return you to Record payment automatically after about one minute so you can start the next order, or you can use the button to start a new payment immediately. You can also go back to home. For your records, you can print or save this page using your browser’s print function. Disputes about the card charge go to the card issuer; questions about the order itself stay with your Westrock contact. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CLOSING (about 15 seconds) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That is Authorize.Net payment end to end: find the order, confirm details, pay with a tokenized card through Authorize.Net, review the receipt and accounting sync note, then continue with the next payment when you are ready. ================================================================================ End of script ================================================================================
