[ ] Finance Dashboard — Revenue Dashboard: month dropdown (?ym=YYYY-MM), data filtered by year/month; options from Jan 2026 through Dec of current year (no 2024/2025); default Jan 2026 if year < 2026.
[ ] Views added/updated: finance_dashboard/index.php, sheet_fragment.php, appraisers_hub_fragment.php, sheet_table_partial.php, revenue_dashboard_fragment.php.
[ ] Controller: FinanceDashboard.php (sheet(), getOrderCohortSheet, getOrdersWithFee, getRevenueDashboardSheet, helpers).
